This shot was originally rejected for softness, after I had originally applied some sharpness to it (In PaintShop Pro 9). In the resubmission, I used "Sharpen More" to get the shot even sharper than before, but this too was rejected. It there any hope this shot can be fixed and accepted?
It looks, as you tried to overcompensate a blurry shot. The photo looks at the same time soft (or blurry?) and oversharpened, as it shows jaggies already.
