    this photo was reject for quality... uploaded at 72dpi (take with Canon EOS 30D 100-400L IS USM).
    somebody may help me about this?

    Difficult to tell but it looks like its been sprayed all over with a thick film of plastic !!

    Could be heat haze, overzealous use of neatimage, or oversharpening...or a combination of these. The company logo's and the registration look odd, almost as if its a low resolution picture. A bit like maybe .jpg compression.

    I'm sure a more experienced user of photoshop etc. will be able to expand on this.
    If it 'ain't broken........ Don't try to mend it !

      The "bad quality" rejection is based on the fact that there are many faults in that photo and honestly it would take time to exactly point out how they came into it. That is something the screening system can not do and it is not meant to do.

      The rejection could have said :

      - too far
      - oversharpen
      - compression
      - OverProc

      Or in short "Bad Quality"
