Cmos/dust spots

Please can someone have a look at this pic for, it has been rejected for bad scan or dust spots, I cannot see any dust spots, so if you can please can you guide me in the right direction

Tony, There's one in the sky behind the "A" in Air Berlin on the tail and another in the top right of the image also in the sky.

Thanks I can just about make out the 1 behind the A but cannot see the 1 in the top right corner, just out of interest how did you find them, I generally use Jid's workflow and equalise the pic to spot the dust spots, is there another way to find them

First I used the "shake" method drag the slider at the side of the open image window up & down quite quick, I then Equalised it just to be sure.
