    I am trying a new workflow regarding editing, I have two shot here, will they be good enough

    Top photo is good, bottom one is kinda dark.

        Yeah, bright sky, dark plane usually never works. I'd say just toss that one.

            Also it is somewhat noticeable in the first shot that there is a halo around the leading edge of the wing. This can be caused by overuse of the shadows/highlights tool or by excessive brightening of the subject matter.

                Quick tip for using Shadow/Highlights.

                Before using it create a background layer. Once Shadow/Highlight has been used delete the sky part and flatten the image. Bingo...Haloes gone !!
                If it 'ain't broken........ Don't try to mend it !
