Is this bush too intrusive?

I prefer this shot, but I'm wondering if the bush in the fore ground will give it a rejection on cludder?

Hmm..I'm 70/30... I like the first one because you see more of the bird and it does sort of look cool coming out of the bush like that. I think the second is fine overall even with that wheel in the tree, but I like the first one better myself. I'd like to see what some of the other fellow Screeners think. However I think they both have a fighting chance.
