unable to visit the uploaed page, why?

Recently, I am unable to upload my photos while other visits are okay ,including the furum. when filling in all data and then "unploading", the screen says "waiting for upload" for almost one minute, then told me unable to visit http://www.jetphotos.net/addphotos/upload_photo.php

Thus I am unable to add my photos for screening for two days.
Do you meet this issue recently?

I changed the explorer, and that is okay now!
