Hello David,
yes it is too high in the frame, make sure the distance between the tail rudder and the top border of the picture is about the same as the distance between the nose gear tire and the bottom border of the picture. Needs ccw rotation and could be also a bit sharper.

An easier rule that always works is to center the window line. In other words, make sure the space between the borders of the picture and the fuselage are all around the same space.

Yep, forget what I told you David, if you used my method, it would make the A330 look extremely low in frame, sorry!
