  • Airbus A319 M-ABCK

Whilst waiting around in Manchester's Terminal One on Thursday, I saw a plain white Airbus A319, with a Manx registration, M-ABCK. It must be the first Manx registered A319?

Anyhow, I can't find any info such as construction and airline, etc Does anybody have any info on it?

Also I managed to get a few shots as it departed although the glass was tinted blue so getting any decent shots was a bit of a nightmare. How do either of these shots look for upload? They took quite a bit of work in an attempt to get rid of the tinted windows.

    Thanks,

    Dave

Yep, tinted airport windows are an aviation spotter's worst nightmare, but your photos are very good. The second photo looks a lot better than the first, IMO. Although I like the composition of the first photo better. The first photo looks a little blurry especially around the windows and the main landing gear, which is probably fixable. To me the second photos looks very nice, but the big registration near the tail could use a little sharpening.

      Regards,

Thanks for your helps guys. From the list, theres already a Manx A319 registered before this one.

Anyhow it seems this bird was previously D-ABYV and PK-RMF.

Thanks Rohan, I'll see if I can edit the first shot again and make the wheels/cockpit windows a tad sharper.

p.s. I see you got your United airlines shot accepted I had looked for it but never came across it!
