    How can I improve this picture!?

    Hi dear friends.
    I have just had a rejection for this picture, due to contrast+"softness".
    I'll give one more shot of USM (40-0.4-0) for softness.
    I would like to know where I'm wrong about contrast... I am not able to learn to tune the contrast. It's one of my "big killers" on JP (...after "center".... )
