part of aircraft cut off rejection

Your picture shows about 7/8 ths of the aircraft and with the missing tail, is unbalanced. It would have taken very little more to include the whole aircraft. When you look at it your eyes tend to move from right to left and stay to the left trying to see more.

The example you give shows just the wing and nose section, about 3/8ths of the total aircraft, with the wing area balancing out the nose section. When you look at it your eyes swing from right to left and back again to take in all the visual information.
