Not sure where to start with this edit

Guys,

I have resized this image to 1024x683 nothing else I can't see were to go with this edit, if someone would be willing to advise me that would be greatly appreciated.

You can start with correcting the levels. In this photo is the right slide is off.
Add some contrast/brightness, add some sharpness (around 4 passes of USM, 50_02_00) and remove the dust spots.

You should come up with something like this
