High ISO Shot

I am posting this as much to show the capabilities of modern DSLR's at high ISO, as to get some advice from a screener as to whether or not it could be uploaded as is - it has had a little NR applied, but not too much.

1st the shot info:

Camera: Canon EOS 7D
Lens: Canon EF24-105 L IS @ 95mm
ISO: 5000 ( yes 5 thousand )
AV : F4
TV : 1/60th with IS on and hand held.

Unfortunately it's far too dark and doesn't show enough detail to be uploaded, but I have to agree as far as modern cameras are concerned. Their performance just keeps getting better and better!
