2nd Opinion On Horizon Level

Hey Guys

I just wanted a 2nd opinion on whether or not you think this will get rejected for Horizon Unlevel. It was a bit hard to judge, however it seems fine to me but i just want to be sure before it get screened

For me it looked a little out to the naked eye (high to the right). I checked on the lefthand control tower and .75 CW ( in PSE7) rotation seem to get that to get that vertical.

Definitely needs some CW rotation.
