Lot's of images in screening, no activity

Hello everyone,

I'm juist curious about something that i see a lot last weeks. When i look at the queue now i see 272 images in screening. But for last couple of hours there is no activity. Why do you guys do this ?

There are often periods where there are no active screeners, particularly when Europe is sleeping and Australia is at work, or vice-versa.

The photos you see in screening have been voted on, but not yet accepted or rejected.
