The problem is the image size, for this size the quality needs to be high, your photo just isn't entirely crips, titles for instance. If the photo was in a smaller size it would be very much acceptable

The tail is in shadow on both = backlit. Look at the tail rather than the fuselage to get a better indication if it will be considered backlit when screened.

What specifically do you need help with? If you check the rejection reasons, you can see it was rejected for Obstruction (stairs) and Invalid Hot (not a new reg. or paint). Please clarify which part is confusing so that we can better help you.

Problems on vignette and PS skills

I got a question on how to remove the vignette effect and how to brighten the dark side of the photo on the right.
