Why do you think it should it be hot? As I can see it, we have it already in the db.

I believe the word "hot" is used on the interface metaphorically. It means that a picture may be "hot" because the proprietors of the database are in need of a quality photograph of the aircraft currently registered with the registration and will give priority screening to items submitted as "hot". The picture is no longer "hot" when that need is satisfied.

With hot i do not mean it should be a hot entry or a new registration. It's a special livery and I know it has been posted earlier by other photographers. I just want to add a photo to my database. Not as a hot entry.

Well, it has been rejected for invalid hot, as it is ... not a hot photo, i. e. not news worthy. So, upload again without any hot photo options and it should be screened within a week more or less.

I made the mistake indeed to put the comment to the screeners in the hot photo place. I already followed your advice. My apologies.
