Advice on the picture below

Hey folks,

I got to spent about 3 hours transiting at Narita, I didn't have enough time to go through custom and head to the observation deck so I resulted in shooting thru glass. This is one of several I'm thinking about uploading onto JP, but the noise kinda kill it, what do you guys think?
