Macbook Problems with Canon Photo Professional

Hey,

I’m having an issue with Canons software called Digital Photo Professional in version 4.6.30 which is the newest one also for the MacOS Sierra system.

After editing the photo I like to save and adjust the size. I click okay/batch/... and then there comes error and he can not save the picture. There is no specific reason given. Only „an error occurred“.
It appears on all photos and doesn’t matter where I save them or what I do with them. All JPG.

Someone has an solution for this? Thanks

Unfortunately I can't help. I use Adobe Canon Raw for all my input handling which then loads the image into Photshop for editing. I don't know of anyone who uses DPP for their editing. Maybe there is someone out there who does.
