Rejection dark

Hi got this rejection of dark and already appealed but I still find it strange.

Hi,
Both are dark but the MD-11 wasn't rejected because it shows very impressive water sprayed. That's what we try to do, when screening we're always looking for a reason to accept a shot and that MD-11 had it. The Il-76 just need a tad more exposure and can be easily improved.
