Photo Queue Limit Full (0 pictures in it)

Hi,
I'm trying to submit some photos but it says uploading has been disabled because I have "reached my queue limit", but I DO NOT have any pictures in the queue right now. It says I have 0 pictures in the queue when I go to my profile, and at the top of the page it says "10 daily slots left | -1 queue slots left"

Please help me with this...I don't know what's going on lol. My JetPhotos username is yegspotter737

Rejected images count against your queue limit. If you've had any images recently rejected, you'll have to wait until they've cleared to get your slots back.
