Bad Angle

This photo was rejected for bad angle. Would anyone care to comment on what the limiting factors are for acceptable angle?

Don't take pictures from underneath. Go someplace and get a decent shot. The accepted one should not have made it either in my opinion.

The angle is perhaps not the biggest problem, but surely the overexposure.

Thanks for the comments, all fair points. I took this picture on the fly after leaving the airport, there was no chance to plan it and I guess it shows.
