To your Question: If you click on "Check for Dust" underneath the Picture, you can see that there were a lots of big Dost all around the Plane - so called Dust Spots.
You can "erase" them with the Stamp Tool in Photoshop, Gimp or similar Programs.

To see some dust spots you need to increase the amplitude from the "Visualize Spots" (my LR is in Portuguese, don`t worry). See the image attached using your own image that you sent the link.
