    2-3 could maybe use a touch of CW rotation, but I think they'd all be fine for me.

    Borderline, but ok for me. Couldn't say how an appeal would go, accordingly.

    I have a question concerning this rejection ( https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=7606789 ).
    Is the picture worth a re-edit with more contrast (or even an appeal as it is ) or is the contrast-issue based on the ‘nearly-backlit-situation‘ ?

    Horizon ok on first, but it's a bit soft. Second probably needs some CW rotation.

    Indeed borderline contrast for both, and first might need a little CW rotation as well.
