Could be. Borderline enough you can leave a note saying you are unsure and if everything else is ok with the image, the screener will fix it for you.

These aren't night shots. The shadows aren't long and there is no red-orange glow.

Dlowwa about the 3rd, the obstruction is the pushback car, part of the motive of the photo, it is really a rejection motive in this case? Other photos have been accepted with this "obstruction". I just want to understand the JP screeners opinion on this type of obstruction.

Looks like it's parked, in which case there is no 'scene', just obstruction. If it were actually towing the aircraft, different story.
