I've seen some similar photos on JP database, with similar crop, not sure if its possible. The photo is levelled, please check the vertical signs with runway info on background.

Contrast is poor. As for the crop, would be a subjective decision. Not too attractive imho, but I wouldn't reject for the crop (though I would for the contrast).
