Hello !!
I need to please help me with this rejection. In my opinion it's not well evaluated since it corresponds to a cloudy day. I had previously been rejected for the same reason, so I edited it and resent it.
I appreciate your help!

If you click on the histogram the underexposure is very obvious in the histogram and therefore easy to fix.

Try increasing the exposure and/or the brightness in Photoshop until the histogram looks more acceptable. There are tutorials available in these forums if you don't know how to understand the histogram tool.

Brightening the histogram is still farther to the right than it is already. I understand that for a good photo it must be in the middle or not?

The other thing, I looked in the forum where you can see tutorials since they would be of great help (only this year I started posting photos on this page), but I can not find them. Any chance that you tell me where they are?

Poor contrast yes, and I would have added oversharpened to the rejection as well.
