there some confusion regarding registration and serial number. I have used 1821 as registration number in auto complete. the screener commented it is the serial number.

Quality is fine but try not to crop through a window, and, if possible, not through a title letter.

Window glare/reflection is visible in both, but certainly it is more noticeable in the second version. I wouldn't bother trying to edit any more, since the glare/reflection would mean an automatic rejection.

I'm not a screener, but looks too high in frame, and not centered.

Not sure how this is 'artistic', it's just a long exposure night shot. In any case, as mentioned, you would need to fix the centering, and it is also quite soft.

Yes, your image is underexposed and there are visible dustspots. Something like this should be acceptable (left side edited (exposure and white balance), right side your original)

There are still some dust spots when i equalize the picture (for example: on the right side between cockpit windows and bus a few centimeters above the buildings). But otherwise it should be okay.
