Blurryness can not be repaired, unfortunately. (in your Picture the front is blurred).
Overprocessed Pictures (mostly halos) can be repaired sometimes by editing the original file without touching the clarity, depht and light adjustment.
Softness can be fixed (mostly, when it is not that much and if it is not "out of focus") with some sharpening, be careful - not that much but as much as necessary.

Ok, I reworked the picture and hopefully got rid of that pesky dust bunny. I did two different ones and was wondering which one is best. Thank you
