I checked in LR the verticals of the bulding in the left background, the vertical edges of the white signs in the middle background and the vertical edges of the building in the right background. All look level to me.
, not a screener, but It seems it needs al small touch of CW as the photo seems to be leaning to the left.
But the screener could have another idea.

there are editing Halos all around the Plane. Those appear, if you use the "shadow/tiefen" and "highlight/lichter" tool and/or the clarity. So if you have used those, leave the regulators at "0" and the problem should be solved.
