IMHO the image still soft. I've applied 120% and 0,2 radius in your image and got better results. Also you can use the PS sharpen tool to apply some sharpness in specific areas

Thanks i usually dont exceed 70% at 1 when sharpening to avoid over sharpness....never gone further but never tried at 0.2
