for the last one you are showing neither the aircraft, nor really the location as the motion blur and poor crop don't make sense if that's what you're trying to show.

1. maybe a little too much. conflicting references here , but I'd aim for something in between the two versions.
2. also maybe a little too much. borderline oversharpened now.

you're wright, and now? 1- used a vertical not shown in the picture (cropped) looks better I think right in between 2- started from the first one with less sharpness than the second

Both look acceptable to me now, but I'd leave a note about the leveling on the first if you submit it.
