It was not rejected for bad horizon, so no, an appeal would not be appropriate in this case. Did you even check the rejection reason?

I wouldn't appeal, it was rejected for my bad cropping (white edge top right).
important lessons learned 1- how to level at different angles 2- re check and re check again and then re check again (3- do not upload at midnight ). (price of learning : 3 spots), I'll try the new livery when I'll have a spot.
