            Correct, but they are easily visible in your photos without equalizing.

                        If you reprocess the RAW file, yes. If you only have a jpeg, no.

                        Soft, and overprocessed.

                        Hint: you're shooting with a Nikon. Turn off the D-lighting feature, and you may solve your halo issues.

                              Yes, quite soft, almost blurry. Also halos visible around tail.
