Probably the best you're going to get it, but still borderline at best, and more likely than not a rejection.

Good afternoon, I got this rejection https://www.jetphotos.com/viewqueued_b.php?id=9008814# , I went back to the editor and started again the editing process...I would like to know if its ok for the DB.

Same issues remain as with the rejected image.
