Serial Number Disappears

I put in the serial number (LJ1439) for that pic both times I uploaded it, but both times it disappeared and resulted in getting rejected.
Any suggestions?

Try once more, and if it disappears again, I will add it later. If I could ask, the image could also use a little more contrast, so touch it up a bit, then re-submit and we'll see how it goes.
