This photo has been rejected because it says SIMILAR UPLOAD
But from what I understood, if the similarity is over 5 or 6 years old then it does not apply - is that correct?

1. Can I upload the new photo since it is a different angle
2. Or do I have to resubmit the photo but this one is of bigger size than the origina (1600 now 1400 before)

If there is 5-6 years between the images, should be ok. If only a few months, then likely to be considered similar.

Can't tell if it's been 'fixed' without seeing the rejected image.

Contrast is weak and there is a slight editing halo around the tail.
