Hello Screeners

I want to know if a certain type of comment will cause the photo to be rejected.
For example. If a friend was on a plane and I took the photo of that plane can I put in the comments "My friend X was on that flight"
Is that OK or is there a better wording one can use to comment a friend being on the plane?

Such a comment wouldn't be a reason to reject a photo.

It will be rejected for cut off, as it shows far too much aircraft for a close up.

I do not understand why it is - awkward - the engines and tail are not cutoff... One wing is complete and the other is cut so flaps and pylons are not sawed off.
Perhaps it may be a centering issue?

Yes, the awkward crop leaves the frame unbalanced. Call it what you want, centering, etc.. it would be rejected for Cut Off.
