    The net seems horizontal. I have a little difficulty in seeing things well. However the verticals of the buildings look good.

    I'm not using my PC at the moment but, are you able to check the horizon with the beige-ish fence at the back, like using the main gear as reference?

    Number one fix the horizon, lower highlights and check for dust spots.

    Number two is backlit

    That would depend on if the person who screened it found the softness/obstruction acceptable. For me, it would be a rejection. For others, possibly not.
