There are issues with the horizon and blown out areas in the lower left.

I honestly don't understand the meaning of the rejection in relation to the comment. Because if it is dark you tell me that it has no dark tones to the left of the histogram? At the limit, I see a flat curve to the right, that is, in dark tones.
But maybe I don't understand why my English is bad.
Backlighting seems excessive to me since the tail is well lit
