Borderline heat hazed. Otherwise ok for me.

The small prop is for aircraft having space for 10 or fewer people on board.
Sky master has around four seats, so I guess a small prop is definitely applicable.

There are also accepted other photos taken in the same conditions always on the same day and in the same airport.
I would like to understand how to regulate myself for the future.
In this case I considered acceptable also because, at least on my monitor and from what little I understand of the histograms, the plane seemed well lit to me.
    Thanks again.
You asked if it was rejected because of too much or little contrast, I clarified that it was due to the weather. Whether you agree or disagree with that rejection, I will leave with you.

Images taken in cloudy weather will usually have less chance of being accepted, but not no chance.

I received these two rejections and I would like to ask about the first if it is too much or too little contrast and about the second which parts are soft because I can't figure it out from my monitor.
    Thank you

Not considering the contrast problem, an overexposure is added which, honestly, I can't interpret from the isogram.
    Could anyone help me?
    Area in red indicates overexposure:
