    what do you think?

    Hi,

Looks like editing artefacts possibly raised shadows reduced highlights at first glance.

That said, I've had a quick look at the image capture data which is telling me it was taken at 131mm focal length. Your camera settings were:

In terms of initial image capture you are not helping yourself. It was a a sunny day, yes its a belly shot of a dark underside, the rest is well lit.

In terms of using the 'exposure triangle' to better effect and hence a more balanced/quality image capture you should bring down the iso to 100-200, the shutter speed to around 1/500 (even 1/250 given the focal length) a little more if you struggle holding the camera steady, F8 and centre weighted or evaluative metering.

I don't quite understand why you are using 'manual' when to me, you don't seem to be setting the exposure triangle correctly? You would be better using the 'AV' on your Canon setting it to F8 and iso 100 with evaluative metering, AI Servo and hi burst. Pointing up to a sunny sky like this the camera will give you ample shutter speed.

Assuming the image is sharp, such settings would only need you to make minor adjustments in post processing and negate to a large extent the issues you are seeing in the image you post here.

    Hope it helps, Regards T.

    • it was a mistake of failure to check before shooting (my daughter used it first)

      • Soft reject

        Hi
I recently received a rejection for Undersharpened (Soft).
Since I would not want to make the same mistake in the future, who could make me clear where the error is?
Thanks and sorry for my bad english.

Whole aircraft is soft; see how details on nose, reg., etc. lack any sharp & fine lines.

In the future, please post any further feedback/editing advice questions in the thread you already have open.

I'm very fascinated by this shot, but I do not know if it could be good for the standard of JP

It would be rejected for dark and soft.
