Following this rejection, I would like to know if it was better to select airport overview. Also, what does Bad Motive mean?

No comments from the screener, but I'd guess it's because there's not much to see as the ramp is actually not visible. You could try your luck uploading as Airport Overview, but what are you really try to show?
