I reuploaded a new scan of an old pic which was rejected without any reason given. Is this a common procedure or an unlucky mistake? Brgds Rainer

This is possible if the image was different from the original, or not significantly improved.

There is no such 'deadline', black and white from the 80s should be fine.

Hi Dlowwa,

with deadline I mean a date from which you don't accept b/w photos from the past because color photography became more common.

I have some b/w shots from the 1980s I could upload but don't know if b/w pics from this decade are acceptable..

Of course... Would have been a good idea to specify that since I don't have time to search for where images might have been posted.

If there needs to be a balance between us spending time to make things easier for you or you making a little effort to make things easier for us, It should be obvious where we would like that onus to fall.

Assuming we're referring to the C-17 images, the second one would likely be a contrast/overprocessed rejection.

You will never be "persona non grata" unless you are banned, which you are not, but once again I will recuse myself from this thread as I've spent more time on this reply than it would have taken to screen 40-50 images.

sorry, but my intention was not to blow up the thread unneccessarely by posting the same question twice but I understand that this maks it easier for you. Therefore I announced that I added he pics but forgot to mention where. My fault. Thank you for reviewing the reedited pic.
