First might be acceptable now, though I do see sharpness still being a potential issue. I might also give it a little CCW rotation. Softness/blur and contrast more of an issue for the second.

1: needs Cargo category. Photo lacks a bit contrast and looks soft
2: Night Shot category, as it already shows some sunset light. But the photo itself is soft.

You did not hurt me, but writing in capital letters in the internet is normally seen as shouting in real life

With the quality the screeners will help you as these are the guys whos word count. But for categories only Cargo will apply (and maybe Night) as there is no selection for "crop"/"cut off" or something else.

Below are the only categories you can tick when uploading a photo. Not more and not less. Hope that helps.

Sorry for the capital letters! It was not intended to hurt susceptibility. The category is only in relation to the first photo, since I cut the tail and I do not know if it will not require a specific category. Ask your opinion about the 2 photos in terms of quality to post.

For quality the screeners will answer you, for the categories the first will be Cargo and the TAAG should not have a special category. Depending on the time the Night category could apply (your EXIF says you took the photo around 21:00).

By the way, stop writing in capital letters. That is quite unfriendly.
