My photo was rejected because it is under-sharpened and soft. Can you tell me what can I do exactly so that it can be approved by the JetPhotos screening team? TIA.

First, this image specifically was not rejected, as it is far too large for the system to have allowed it. Second, there is nothing you can do with this image, as it is much too soft to be made acceptable for here, so probably best to try with a different image.
