    I had this shot rejected for "Too much/too little contrast" and "Categories wrong or missing".

    I'm struggling to see an issue with the contrast. Any opinions?

    With respect to the "Categories wrong or missing", the shot was uploaded as airport/ramp so I'm not sure what is "wrong or missing". Is there no way for the screener to give additional information in cases like this? If not, what categories should be selected for this shot?

    Thanks!

    Contrast looks passable to me. Category should be 'Airport Overview'.

      Thanks, dlowwa.

      So, just so I'm sure I've got this right....

      Airport & Reg = UKDE
      Operator = Other, Ramp

      Categories = Airport Overview

      Am I right in thinking that aircraft specific categories shouldn't be selected for shots like this?

      Thanks again!

        Correct. Airline: Ramp, Aircraft: Airport. Reg: UKDE CN: (empty)

            Was uploaded as "Hawker Siddley HS125-800A" I'm really not sure what the issue is. Any suggestions?

            Thanks.

              Hello Steve,

              Did you add 258255 as the serial?

              RAYTHEON CORPORATE JETS INC HAWKER 800 is the aircraft.

              Hope I helped you.

              Have a great day.

              Matteo.

                Hi Steve,

                This is a fault on our side. It should be a Raytheon hawker 800.

                For somer reason Hawker Siddley HS125-800A was accepted as a valid type but I isn't The 800 was never a H.S. product.

                Pls re-upload it as a Raytheon.

                      I wanted to prescreen it as compensation but I see it's im as a hot shot

                        I've recently come across two instances where auto-complete on the upload page doesn't work despite the fact there are existing photos of the planes in question in the database.

                        Example 1:
                        FAH-3006 Canadair CL-13A-4

                        Example 2:
                        49-0351 Boeing WB-50D

                        In both cases, auto-complete doesn't fill in the type at all and I'm unable to manually select them as the exact sub-type is missing.

                        This seems a strange situation when there are already multiple photos of both planes in the database. Are the drop-down type lists not generated from the database?

                        What is the correct procedure for fixing this issue?

                          I've mentioned this in one of my posts before as well, but you can add ZK-KIS to that list as another example.
