Backlit shots aren't automatically excluded if they are well executed (i.e. a well done silhouette), but I guess this one would likely be rejected for dark/contrast as it's not really showing anything.

That's the same image twice. The contrast is too low.

Contrast is too low and everything is leaning right.

Blacks are a little weak, and there are jaggies around hard transition lines (titles, livery colors, etc..)
