Apart from the left side of the plane, the right side is affected by the thrust and the heat of the turbofans.
So if I rework the photo and try to sharpen the left side, it is not possible to work out the softness of the right side.
For me as an info to avoid rejections, try that parts of the aircraft are not disturbed by heated air of engines?
Tail is not affected by jet wash from the engines, yet it is quite soft. Unless it affects a significant portion of the aircraft (more than 50%), softness caused by jet wash will generally be ignored.

could you please give me feedback on this photo, is it a nightshot? the photo was taken at 8:20am sunrise at EDDF was 6:25, but it is a light yellow glow on the aircraft.

Not quite a Night Shot. Also soft and overexposed.

Image was rejected for color only, though I can see a couple of faint dust spots, and the contrast is rather harsh (related to the bad color).

    1) Too dark, bad light no real chance to make it acceptable
    2) ok for me
    3) ok for sharpness, borderline contrast but acceptable I think
