    In that case, without the original (rejection) to compare it to, can't really tell if it's improved. Second is slightly oversharpened but would be ok for me.

    1st one was rejected and this is corrected version (added contrast).

    EDIT: I couldn't remove "Attached thumbnail", don't prescreen this one, Thank You.

    The same as first ones - increase, decrease or not fixable ? But mostly focusing on 2nd one, because usually when You said borderline they got accepted (hope this works this time ).

    If you mean adding a new rejection category, no, the system is not currently set up to allow such a modification, and in any case 'flat light' infers that adding more contrast could possibly fix the issue, which is simply not the case in most instances.
