Only first pic was rejected for horizon, as you can see, verticals in the background are leaning to left
The 2 others weren't rejected for horizon. They were rejected for many other reasons but not horizon.
You are new in the hobby but you need to know that pointing at accepted photos by other photographer is really not well seen in the community. If you have a criticism to do about a picture, please contact the photographer directly.
And from the JP point of views, out of the millions of pictures in the site, for sure some were accepted by mistake. Does it mean we should now accept all pictures wth the same issue ? I'm sure you understand that it's not the case.
